A

Aave

A popular DeFi lending protocol that runs on several blockchains including Ethereum and Base. Aave allows users to lend and borrow cryptocurrency without a traditional bank. Bulisolio uses Aave V3 on Base as one of the lending protocols for loans.

Active Subscriber

In the context of the Bulisolio Affiliate Program, an Active Subscriber is a Referred Subscriber with a currently active, non-canceled, paid subscription. Your affiliate commission tier and LALoC eligibility are determined by your count of Active Subscribers, not total sign-ups.

Affiliate Program

Legend-tier affiliates require 500+ Active Subscribers. If subscribers cancel or stop paying, your Active Subscriber count decreases, which may affect your tier status and LALoC credit limit.

Address (Wallet Address)

A unique string of letters and numbers that identifies a crypto wallet on the blockchain. Like a bank account number, you can share your address publicly so people can send you crypto. Example: 0x742d35Cc6634C0532925a3b844Bc9e7595f0bEb

Aerodrome

A decentralized exchange (DEX) built specifically for the Base blockchain. Aerodrome is optimized for low fees and efficient token swaps on Base. It is one of the DEXes that Bulisolio may route through when automatically converting your crypto into the right format for a loan.

Affiliate Key

Your unique 4-word crypto-themed identifier (e.g., BIT-STAKE-NEXUS-NODE) generated when you enroll in the Bulisolio Affiliate Program. This key is permanent and used to construct your personalized affiliate links and landing page URL.

Bulisolio Feature

Your Affiliate Key appears in your affiliate link: www.bulisolio.com/affiliate/[your-affiliate-key]. Each key is cryptographically unique and cannot be changed after generation.

Affiliate Landing Page

A dedicated web page at www.bulisolio.com/affiliate/[your-affiliate-key] that displays your personalized discount code and app download links optimized for your visitor’s operating system. When potential subscribers visit this page, a unique Discount Code is generated for them.

Affiliate Program

A marketing program where you earn commissions by referring new users to Bulisolio. You share your unique affiliate link. When someone signs up and subscribes through your link, you earn a percentage of their subscription fee.

Bulisolio Feature

The Bulisolio Affiliate Program has four tiers (Starter, Growth, Elite, Legend) with commission rates from 15% to 40%. Legend affiliates (500+ active subscribers) who are also Premium users receive special LTV bonuses on their own loans and may qualify for a LALoC (Legend Affiliate Line of Credit).

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

Laws and regulations designed to prevent criminals from disguising illegally obtained money as legitimate income. Financial services, including crypto lending platforms, must comply with AML requirements by verifying customer identities (KYC) and monitoring transactions for suspicious activity.

Bulisolio Compliance

Bulisolio retains KYC data for 7 years after account closure as required by AML laws. For loans that result in default, data may be retained longer to support potential legal proceedings.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

The yearly interest rate charged on a loan, expressed as a percentage. If a loan has an APR of 6%, you pay 6% interest per year on the borrowed amount. In crypto lending, APRs can be variable (they change with market conditions) or fixed (they stay the same). APR is charged by the lending protocol (Aave or Compound), not by Bulisolio.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Digital wallet services from Apple and Google that let you pay for things using your phone. Instead of swiping a physical card, your phone sends payment information wirelessly at the checkout terminal.

Bulisolio Feature

Premium users can transfer USDC loan proceeds directly from their Secure Vault Wallet to their Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet, making borrowed funds instantly spendable anywhere these payment services are accepted.

Attribution Window

The period of time during which a referral is credited to an affiliate. If someone clicks your affiliate link and signs up within the attribution window, you receive credit for the referral.

Affiliate Program

Bulisolio’s attribution window is 60 days from click to signup. If a visitor clicks your link but doesn’t subscribe until 45 days later, you still get credit. After 60 days, the attribution expires.

B

Base

A Layer 2 blockchain built by Coinbase that runs on top of Ethereum. Base is designed to be much faster and cheaper than Ethereum’s main network. Transactions on Base complete in about 2 seconds with fees typically less than a penny, making it ideal for everyday transactions.

Why Bulisolio Uses Base

All Bulisolio loans are executed on Base because of its extremely low fees. This allows Bulisolio to offer loans as small as $20, which would be impractical on Ethereum’s main network where gas fees alone can cost $10 or more.

BaseScan

The official blockchain explorer for the Base network. BaseScan lets anyone look up transactions, wallet balances, and smart contract details on Base by entering an address or transaction ID. It is a free, public tool — like a search engine for the Base blockchain.

Bulisolio Transparency

Every Bulisolio loan confirmation screen includes a direct link to view your smart contract (and escrow contract for delegated loans) on BaseScan. You can verify exactly what the contract does and confirm that your collateral is properly locked.

BIP-39

A technical standard (Bitcoin Improvement Proposal 39) that defines how recovery phrases are generated using a list of 2,048 English words. When you see a 12-word or 24-word recovery phrase for a crypto wallet, it follows the BIP-39 standard. Any BIP-39 compatible wallet app can use the same phrase to recover your funds.

Bulisolio Security

The Bulisolio Secure Vault wallet uses a 12-word BIP-39 recovery phrase as one of three tokens in a MPC 2-of-3 private key sharding implementation (google/apple identity - hardware - 12-word phrase). This industry-standard approach ensures your wallet can be recovered even if you switch to a different Bulisolio wallet app (like Windows or a Mac) but the pass-phrase is not enough all by itself - which increases your wallet security three-fold.

Bitcoin (BTC)

The first and most well-known cryptocurrency, created in 2009. Bitcoin is a digital currency that operates without any central bank or single administrator. It is the largest cryptocurrency by market value. On the Base blockchain, Bitcoin is represented as cbBTC (Coinbase Bitcoin) or WBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin).

Blockchain

A shared digital record book (ledger) that permanently tracks cryptocurrency transactions. Every transaction is written into a block, and blocks are linked together in a chain. Because the blockchain is stored on thousands of computers worldwide, no single person controls it and records cannot be altered.

Borrow

To take out a loan by locking up cryptocurrency as collateral. In DeFi lending, you borrow stablecoins (like USDC) against volatile assets (like ETH or BTC). You repay the loan with interest, and when fully repaid, your collateral is returned.

Bug Bounty

A reward program where companies pay people who find and report security problems (bugs) in their software. Bug bounties encourage ethical hackers and security researchers to help improve an app’s safety instead of exploiting the weaknesses they find.

Bulisolio Feature

Bulisolio runs a bug bounty program open to all users (including Free tier). If you find a security issue or bug, you can earn money for responsibly reporting it. This helps keep the app safe and trustworthy for everyone.

C

cbBTC (Coinbase Bitcoin)

A version of Bitcoin that runs on the Base blockchain. cbBTC is backed 1:1 by real Bitcoin held by Coinbase. It allows Bitcoin to be used on Base without having to bridge from the Bitcoin network.

Bulisolio Collateral

cbBTC is one of only two assets Bulisolio accepts as loan collateral (the other is WETH). If you want to use other crypto, Concierge will automatically swap it to cbBTC or WETH before locking it into the lending contract.

Chainlink

A decentralized oracle network that brings real-world data (like cryptocurrency prices) onto the blockchain. Smart contracts cannot look up prices on the internet by themselves, so they rely on Chainlink to provide accurate, tamper-proof price feeds. Chainlink checks 7–15 different exchanges for each price and uses the median value to prevent manipulation.

Collateral

An asset you put up as a guarantee when borrowing money. If you fail to repay the loan, the lender can sell the collateral to recover what you owe. In crypto lending, collateral is cryptocurrency (like ETH or BTC) locked in a smart contract. You still own the collateral while it is locked — it is returned to you when you repay the loan.

Compound

A major DeFi lending protocol, operating since 2018. Compound allows users to lend and borrow cryptocurrency through smart contracts. It is known for its simple, reliable contracts and has been thoroughly audited by top security firms.

Bulisolio Integration

Bulisolio uses Compound V3 on Base as one of its lending protocol options. The Loan Underwriting Engine automatically routes your loan to whichever protocol (Aave or Compound) offers the best interest rate and terms at that moment.

Concierge Commission

A fee charged for providing loan-related services like AI assistance, loan origination, underwritng and payment processing. In Bulisolio, the Concierge Commission is a one-time fee deducted from your loan proceeds at origination. The rate depends on your Loan Class, Trust Tier, and other factors explain in our Truth in Lending Disclosure.

Bulisolio Feature

Class 1 (self-collateralized) loans have a commission floor of 0.25%. Delegated loans (Classes 2, 3, 4) have a floor of 3.0% because Bulisolio puts its own capital at risk to provide better loan terms - if the bulisolio collateral pool has available resources in it for borrowers. The exact rate is always shown before you confirm your loan terms and gain access to your USDC proceeds. See the Truth in Lending Disclosure for details.

Concierge Voice

Bulisolio’s AI voice assistant, aka "Bulis", powered by Google Gemini and Claude AI. You activate it by saying “Hey Bulis” or “Bulis”. Concierge Voice can answer questions, help you get loans, make payments, and provide education on crypto concepts — all in your own language.

Bulisolio Feature

Concierge Voice supports Action Mode (execute tasks like getting a loan) and Education Mode (ask questions about crypto). It works in 10 languages and automatically switches to text display if a response would take longer than 20 seconds to speak.

Cryptocurrency (Crypto)

Digital money that runs on blockchain technology. Unlike government-issued money, crypto is not controlled by any bank or central authority. The most well-known cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

Cure Window

A set period of time after a missed payment during which you can make the overdue payment and bring a loan back to good standing. If you pay during the cure window, no further escalation happens. If the cure window expires without payment, the lender may take additional action.

Bulisolio Feature

For delegated loans (Classes 2, 3, 4), the Escrow Contract enforces the cure window on the blockchain. Concierge Voice sends urgent daily reminders during the cure window and tells you exactly how much to pay and by when. The cure window duration is shown on your loan terms screen at origination.

D

DApp (Decentralized Application)

Software that runs on a blockchain instead of on a company’s servers. Because the code is decentralized, no single company controls it. Bulisolio is a hybrid app — the user interface runs on your device, but loan contracts run as smart contracts on the Base blockchain.

DeFi (Decentralized Finance)

A new financial system built on blockchains instead of traditional banks. In DeFi, you can borrow, lend, trade, and earn interest — all without a bank account. DeFi apps use smart contracts to enforce rules automatically rather than relying on human intermediaries.

Delegated Loan

A loan where Bulisolio puts up some of its own money alongside your collateral to give you a bigger or easier-to-access loan — sometimes called a two-party loan. Think of it like a co-signer on a car loan. Bulisolio’s capital helps you qualify for a larger loan than your crypto alone could support. Delegated loans carry higher Concierge Commission rates and require mandatory monthly payments because Bulisolio’s own capital is at risk to help secure your loan. Delegated loan availability to premium users is subject to the scarcity of crytocurrency in the shared Bulisolio collateral wallet.

Bulisolio Feature

Delegated Loan Classes: 2 (Margin-Boost), 3 (Full Delegation), and 4 (LALoC) are all delegated loans. Each is protected by a Bulisolio Escrow Contract on the Base blockchain. See the Truth in Lending Disclosure and How Smart Contracts Work for full details.

Delegation Reserve

A dedicated portion of Bulisolio’s treasury set aside specifically to back delegated loans. Think of it as Bulisolio’s “co-signing fund.” The reserve must stay above a minimum threshold before any Class 2, 3, or 4 loan can be offered. When it falls below that minimum, all delegated loan options are temporarily suspended until the reserve is replenished. Class 1 loans are always available regardless.

DEX (Decentralized Exchange)

A platform where you can trade one cryptocurrency for another without using a centralized company like Coinbase. DEXes use smart contracts to execute trades directly from your wallet. Popular DEXes include Uniswap, Aerodrome, and Curve.

Discount Code

A temporary, single-use promotional code (format: BUL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) generated when a potential subscriber visits an affiliate’s landing page. Discount codes give referred users a discount on their subscription while ensuring the affiliate gets credit for the referral.

Affiliate Program

Discount codes are valid for 90 days and must be entered during subscription signup to activate both the affiliate attribution and the subscriber’s discount ($1/month off Pro, $3/month off Premium, or corresponding annual savings).

E

EAS (Ethereum Attestation Service)

A system for creating tamper-proof digital stamps (called attestations) on the blockchain. When a trusted company like Coinbase verifies your identity, they can issue an EAS attestation — a permanent, unforgeable record on the blockchain confirming who you are.

Bulisolio Requirement

Coinbase EAS Verification is required for Class 3 (Full Delegation) and Class 4 (LALoC) loans. It adds an extra layer of identity trust beyond Bulisolio’s own KYC. Concierge Voice will guide you through getting an EAS attestation if you need one. Completing it earns +50 Trust Score points.

End-of-Period Cancellation

When a subscriber cancels their subscription, billing ceases at the end of the current billing cycle rather than immediately. The subscriber retains access until their paid period ends, and affiliate commissions continue through that final paid period.

Affiliate Program

If your referred subscriber cancels on day 10 of a monthly billing cycle, you still earn commission for that full month. You only stop earning when their subscription actually ends.

Escrow Contract

A second smart contract that Bulisolio deploys alongside every delegated loan (Classes 2, 3, 4). The escrow contract records how much capital Bulisolio has co-signed, tracks whether mandatory payments are being made, manages the cure window if a payment is missed, and enables a structured close process if a borrower defaults.

Bulisolio Architecture

The escrow contract address is always disclosed on your loan confirmation screen and publicly viewable on BaseScan. It must pass a professional third-party security audit before any delegated loan is offered in production. Ask Concierge: “Hey Bulis, show me my escrow contract status.”

Ethereum (ETH)

The second-largest cryptocurrency by market value. Ethereum is also a blockchain platform that allows developers to build smart contracts and DApps. Most DeFi applications run on Ethereum or Ethereum Layer 2 networks like Base. On Base, ETH is represented as WETH (Wrapped Ethereum).

F

Fast Settlement

Closing a loan within 24 hours of making the final payment. Fast settlement is a positive signal that contributes to your Trust Score because it demonstrates responsible loan management.

Bulisolio Feature

Achieving Fast Settlement on a loan earns you +50 Trust Score points. This bonus is in addition to the +100 points for full loan repayment.

Fear & Greed Index

A daily market sentiment score ranging from 0 (Extreme Fear) to 100 (Extreme Greed) that measures how confident or nervous crypto investors are feeling. It is calculated from factors like price volatility, trading volume, social media trends, and market momentum.

Bulisolio Integration

The Loan Underwriting Engine uses the Fear & Greed Index as one input to the Class 4 (LALoC) dynamic commission formula. During Extreme Greed, commission rates may be slightly lower. During Extreme Fear, rates increase to reflect the higher risk to Bulisolio’s delegated capital.

Free Tier

The no-cost subscription level in Bulisolio that gives you access to basic features including portfolio tracking across 22+ blockchains, live portfolio value, allocation charts, QR code generation for receiving crypto, and the ability to request new coins and participate in the bug bounty program.

Bulisolio Feature

Free tier does not include loans, Price Pulse™, Yield Vector™, Whale Radar™, or Tax Sentinel™. Upgrade to Pro Tier or Premium Tier to unlock these features.

G

Gas Fee

A small fee paid to the blockchain network to process a transaction. Every time a smart contract does something (transfer funds, execute a loan, record a payment), the computers running the blockchain get paid a gas fee. On Base, gas fees are typically less than $0.10 — compared to $2–$50 on Ethereum’s main network.

H

Health Factor (HF)

A number that measures how safe your loan is. It is calculated as: (Collateral Value × Liquidation Threshold) ÷ Loan Amount. A health factor above 1.5 means your loan is very safe. Between 1.0 and 1.25 means at risk. Below 1.0 means liquidation will happen automatically.

Bulisolio Feature

Bulisolio monitors your health factor every 30 seconds, 24/7. Concierge Voice sends escalating alerts at 1.3 (yellow warning), 1.2 (push notification), 1.1 (urgent email), and 1.05 (critical alert + Concierge call), giving you time to add collateral or repay before liquidation occurs.

Yield Vector™

Charts and data showing how your crypto portfolio has changed in value over time — weeks, months, and years. This feature helps you understand your investment returns and make informed decisions.

Bulisolio Feature

Yield Vector™ is available to Pro and Premium tier subscribers. Free tier users see only current portfolio value.

HODL

Crypto slang for “hold” — meaning to keep your cryptocurrency instead of selling it, even when the price drops. The term started as a typo in a 2013 Bitcoin forum post and became a popular meme. HODLers believe in the long-term value of their crypto.

HODL Index

A Bulisolio metric that measures how long you hold your crypto without selling or transferring it away. A higher HODL Index shows discipline and commitment, which earns you a better Trust Score and can increase your loan LTV limit.

Bulisolio Feature

HODL Tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Gold and Diamond tiers are required to qualify for Class 2 (Margin-Boost) delegated loans. Spending USDC from your Secure Vault and making loan payments do NOT count against your HODL Index.

Holdover Period

A waiting period between when an affiliate earns a commission and when that commission becomes payable. Holdover periods protect against fraud by ensuring referred subscribers are genuine and not likely to immediately cancel or request chargebacks.

Affiliate Program

Bulisolio’s holdover period is 60 days from a subscriber’s signup date. Your first commission payout for a new referral occurs on the 15th of the month after the 60-day holdover completes.

I

i18n / L10n (Internationalization / Localization)

Technical terms for making software work in multiple languages and regions. i18n (internationalization) means designing software to support multiple languages. L10n (localization) means translating and adapting content for a specific language or region, including RTL (right-to-left) text support for languages like Arabic and Urdu.

Bulisolio Feature

Bulisolio supports 10 languages: English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Arabic, and Urdu. Arabic and Urdu have full RTL layout support. Concierge Voice responds in your selected language.

K

KYC (Know Your Customer)

Identity verification required by anti-money-laundering laws. KYC typically involves scanning a government-issued ID and taking a selfie to prove you are a real person. KYC helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

Bulisolio Requirement

Pro, Premium, and Affiliate users must complete KYC to unlock loan features, the Secure Vault Wallet, non-custodial Visa cards, and affiliate payouts. KYC also captures your country of citizenship to ensure Bulisolio complies with your home country’s regulations. KYC data is retained for 7 years after account closure as required by AML laws.

L

LALoC (Legend Affiliate Line of Credit)

A revolving credit line exclusively for Legend-tier affiliates (500+ active referred subscribers) who are also Premium subscribers. Unlike a one-time loan, a LALoC works like a credit card — you draw funds when you need them, repay them, and the credit becomes available again. Each draw has its own commission rate and mandatory minimum payment.

Bulisolio Feature

LALoC is classified as a Class 4 loan. Credit limits scale from $1,000 to $50,000 based on your active subscriber count using a square-root scaling formula. It requires Coinbase EAS Verification and a Spectral Finance score of 550+. See the Truth in Lending Disclosure for full details.

Layer 2 (L2)

A blockchain network that runs on top of another blockchain (usually Ethereum) to make transactions faster and cheaper. Layer 2 networks inherit the security of the main blockchain while dramatically reducing fees. Base is an Ethereum Layer 2 network.

Lending Protocol

A set of smart contracts that together create a decentralized lending market. Instead of going to a bank, you interact with a lending protocol directly on the blockchain. Popular lending protocols include Aave, Compound, and Moonwell.

Liquidation

When your collateral is automatically sold to repay your loan because its value has fallen too much. Liquidation is the biggest risk in crypto lending. It happens when your health factor drops to or below 1.0. Once triggered, liquidation executes in seconds and cannot be reversed.

Liquidation Penalty

An extra fee (typically 5–10%) charged on top of your loan balance when liquidation occurs. The penalty pays the bots that execute the liquidation transaction and covers gas fees. This means you lose more collateral than just the amount of your loan — it is an incentive to avoid liquidation in the first place.

Liquidity

How easily an asset can be bought or sold without causing a big price movement. A pool with high liquidity has lots of money in it and can handle large transactions smoothly. Bulisolio only uses the most liquid pools (WETH and cbBTC) for safety.

Loan Class

The category assigned to your loan by Bulisolio’s Loan Underwriting Engine. Your class determines your maximum loan size, commission rate, and payment requirements. Bulisolio offers four classes: Class 1 · SC (Standard Self-Collateralized), Class 2 · MB (Margin-Boost Hybrid), Class 3 · FD (Full Delegation), and Class 4 · LALoC (Legend Affiliate Line of Credit). You cannot choose your class — underwriting assigns the best class you qualify for.

Loan-to-Value (LTV)

The percentage of your collateral’s value that you can borrow. If your collateral is worth $1,000 and your LTV limit is 70%, you can borrow up to $700. A higher LTV means you are borrowing more against the same collateral, which increases liquidation risk. Your LTV changes over time as the price of your collateral fluctuates.

Bulisolio Feature

Your personal LTV limit is determined by underwriting through a six-layer doctrine that considers your Trust Tier, HODL Index, asset-specific caps, market volatility, delegation class penalties, and a 5% buffer below the protocol’s hard cap. Underwriting always picks the lowest (safest) value across all six layers.

Loan Underwriting Engine (LUE)

Bulisolio’s proprietary system for evaluating every loan request. Underwriting runs 9 modules in sequence: loan classification, system risk check, Trust Score calculation, HODL Index evaluation, LTV doctrine resolution, max loan amount calculation, commission resolution, pre-transaction simulation, and final decision output. All underwriting parameters are configurable and can be adjusted without deploying new code.

Bulisolio Architecture

Underwriting is a named architectural component in the private API. Administrators can adjust any underwriting parameter (tier thresholds, commission rates, volatility discounts) via the bulisadmin lue:* command suite. Your underwriting decision detail is fully visible in the app under My Loans → Trust Score → Underwriting Decision Detail.

M

Mandatory Minimum Payment

A required monthly payment on a delegated loan (Classes 2, 3, 4). Unlike Class 1 loans where payments are voluntary, delegated loans require you to pay at least the monthly interest plus a principal repayment component each month. Missing a mandatory payment triggers Trust Score penalties, suspends future delegated loan eligibility, and activates the escrow contract’s cure window.

Moonwell

A DeFi lending protocol on Base and other blockchains. Moonwell allows users to lend and borrow cryptocurrency in a decentralized, trustless way. Bulisolio uses Moonwell as one of the primary lending protocols for loans.

Multi-Party Computation (MPC)

A cryptographic technique where a private key is split into multiple pieces (shards) and no single piece is enough to control a wallet. At least two shards must be combined to sign a transaction. MPC wallets are more secure than traditional single-key wallets because a hacker would need to steal multiple shards, not just one.

Bulisolio Security

Your Secure Vault Wallet uses MPC with a 2-of-3 threshold: Shard 1 = Apple/Google identity, Shard 2 = device hardware, Shard 3 = your 12-word recovery phrase. Any two shards can recover your wallet, so losing your phone does not mean losing your funds.

N

Non-Custodial

A type of wallet or service where you — not the company — control the private keys to your crypto. Non-custodial means the service provider never has access to your funds. If the company shuts down, your crypto is still safe because you hold the keys.

Bulisolio Security

The Bulisolio Secure Vault Wallet is non-custodial. Bulisolio never has access to your private keys. Your wallet is protected by MPC shards that only you can combine. Even if Bulisolio shut down, your loan would continue on the blockchain and your collateral would remain accessible via your shards.

O

Oracle

A trusted service that brings real-world data onto the blockchain. Smart contracts cannot look up information on the internet by themselves, so they rely on oracles to provide accurate data like cryptocurrency prices. Chainlink is the most widely used oracle network in DeFi, providing cryptographically signed price feeds updated every ~10 seconds from 7–15 independent data sources.

P

Pool (Lending Pool)

A shared pot of cryptocurrency where lenders deposit funds to earn interest and borrowers take out loans by providing collateral. The smart contract manages all deposits, withdrawals, interest payments, and liquidations automatically. Lenders earn interest when you borrow; borrowers pay interest that gets split among the lenders.

Premium Affiliate Boost

A 10% increase to affiliate commission rates available exclusively to affiliates who maintain an active Premium-tier Bulisolio subscription. The boost applies to all commission tiers.

Affiliate Program

Example: A Growth-tier affiliate normally earns 20% commission on non-Premium referrals. With Premium Affiliate Boost, they earn 22% instead (20% + 10% of 20% = 22%).

Premium API

A public API available to Premium subscribers for programmatically accessing Bulisolio features. Premium API users can make up to 1,000 API calls per day to retrieve portfolio analytics, generate tax reports, manage loans, and perform wallet operations from their own scripts and tools.

Bulisolio Feature

The Premium API is hosted at premium.bulisolio.com and uses Bearer token authentication. It mirrors the functionality available in the Delphi app, enabling automation and integration with external tools.

Premium CLI

A command-line interface (CLI) tool for Premium users to interact with the Premium API from their terminal. The CLI is open-source and provides commands for portfolio analytics, tax reports, and loan management without needing to open the app.

Bulisolio Feature

The Premium CLI is called bulisolio and can be installed on Windows and macOS. It supports inline updates via bulisolio update. The source code is available on GitHub for community contributions.

Premium Tier

The highest subscription level in Bulisolio ($16.99/month or $143.99/year) that includes all features: everything in Free and Pro tiers, plus collateralized crypto loans, WalletConnect transfers, USDC to Apple/Google Pay, non-custodial Visa card, Tax Sentinel™, 10% affiliate rate boost, and Premium API/CLI access.

Bulisolio Feature

Only Premium subscribers can access loans. Premium is required (along with Legend Affiliate status) to qualify for the LALoC revolving credit line.

Price Pulse™

Push notifications that alert you when a cryptocurrency reaches a price threshold you set. For example, “Alert me when BTC > $100,000” sends a notification to your device when Bitcoin crosses that price.

Bulisolio Feature

Price Pulse™ alerts are available to Pro and Premium tier subscribers. You can set unlimited alerts across all 22+ supported blockchains.

Private Key

A secret password (usually a very long string of letters and numbers) that controls a crypto wallet. Anyone who has your private key can access and spend your cryptocurrency. Private keys should NEVER be shared with anyone and should be stored securely offline.

Privacy Overlay

A security feature that automatically covers your screen with a blurred logo splash when the app loses focus (e.g., when you switch to another app or your phone locks). This prevents shoulder-surfing and protects your portfolio information from being visible to others.

Bulisolio Security

The privacy overlay activates instantly when the Bulisolio app goes to the background on all platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). It clears automatically when you return to the app and authenticate.

Pro Tier

The mid-level subscription in Bulisolio ($6.99/month or $58.99/year) that includes everything in the Free tier plus Price Pulse™, Yield Vector™, and Whale Radar™. Pro tier requires KYC verification but does not include loan features.

Bulisolio Feature

Pro tier is a good choice if you want analytics and alerts but don’t need crypto loans. Upgrade to Premium to unlock loan features, Tax Sentinel™, and API access.

R

Recovery Phrase

A set of 12 (or 24) random English words that can be used to recover a crypto wallet if you lose access to your device. The words follow the BIP-39 standard, which means any compatible wallet can use them to reconstruct your private key. Recovery phrases should be written down on paper and stored in a safe place — never stored digitally.

Bulisolio Security

Your 12-word recovery phrase is one of the three MPC shards protecting your Secure Vault Wallet. Combined with any one other shard (Apple/Google identity or device hardware), it can recover your wallet on a new device. Bulisolio never stores or has access to your recovery phrase.

Risk Sentinel

Bulisolio’s automated monitoring system that watches the health of all active loans around the clock. The Risk Sentinel checks your health factor at regular intervals and escalates monitoring frequency when risk increases.

Bulisolio Feature

For healthy loans, the Risk Sentinel checks every 30 seconds. If you miss a mandatory payment on a delegated loan, it escalates to checking every 5 minutes and triggers urgent Concierge Voice notifications. The Risk Sentinel is the system that powers Bulisolio’s multi-level alert system (1.3, 1.2, 1.1, 1.05 health factor thresholds).

S

Secure Vault Wallet

A special crypto wallet on the Base blockchain created for you by Bulisolio when you complete KYC. The Secure Vault uses Multi-Party Computation (MPC) for enhanced security with a 2-of-3 shard model. All your loan collateral, loan proceeds, and affiliate payouts flow through this wallet.

Bulisolio Feature

Your Secure Vault is the central hub for all financial activity in Bulisolio. It holds your USDC loan proceeds, connects to your non-custodial Visa card (Gnosis Pay / Holyheld), links to Apple Pay / Google Pay, receives affiliate commission payouts, and is used for loan repayments. It is non-custodial — only you control it via MPC shards.

Slippage

The difference between the price you expect to get for a crypto trade (swap) and the actual price you receive. Slippage happens because prices can change in the few seconds between when you request a swap and when it executes on the blockchain. High slippage means you got a worse deal than expected.

Bulisolio Protection

Bulisolio sets a 0.5% slippage tolerance on all swaps. If the price changes more than 0.5% between your request and execution, the swap is automatically canceled and you are notified. This protects you from unexpectedly bad exchange rates.

Smart Contract

A computer program that runs on a blockchain and executes automatically when certain conditions are met. Smart contracts enforce rules with code rather than with lawyers or banks. Once deployed, they cannot be changed or stopped, making them trustless and transparent. Think of them like digital vending machines — put something in, get something out, automatically.

Spectral Finance

An on-chain credit scoring service that reads your public blockchain history and gives you a score based on how responsibly you have handled DeFi loans and crypto in the past. Unlike traditional credit scores from banks, a Spectral score looks only at blockchain data — it cannot be faked because it reads directly from the public ledger.

Bulisolio Requirement

A Spectral score of 550+ is required for Class 2 (MB) and Class 4 (LALoC) loans. A score of 650+ is required for Class 3 (FD) loans. Your Spectral score also contributes up to +150 points to your Trust Score via underwriting configuration.

Stablecoin

A cryptocurrency designed to maintain a stable value, usually pegged to a real-world currency like the US dollar. The most popular stablecoin is USDC (USD Coin), where 1 USDC = $1. Stablecoins solve the volatility problem of regular crypto like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Non-custodial Visa Card (Gnosis Pay / Holyheld)

A crypto-native Visa debit card that spends directly from your on-chain wallet without requiring a centralized payment processor. Gnosis Pay and Holyheld issue Visa cards backed by USDC held in smart contracts, enabling real-world spending while preserving self-custody.

Bulisolio Integration

Premium users can generate a non-custodial Visa card linked to the USDC in their Secure Vault Wallet. This card can be used for online purchases or added to Apple Pay / Google Pay for in-store use. USDC is auto-converted to fiat at the point of sale — no centralized intermediary holds your funds.

Swap

Trading one cryptocurrency for another. Swaps happen automatically through smart contracts on DEXes (decentralized exchanges). For example, swapping SOL for WETH means you send Solana and receive Wrapped Ethereum in return. Swaps have small costs: a trading fee (0.05%–0.30%) and a gas fee (pennies on Base).

Bulisolio Automation

If you want to use crypto other than WETH or cbBTC as loan collateral, Concierge automatically swaps it for you at the best available rate (checking Uniswap, Aerodrome, and Curve) before locking it into the lending contract. A 0.5% slippage tolerance protects you.

T

Tax Sentinel™

The process of calculating and documenting your cryptocurrency transactions for tax purposes. This includes capital gains/losses when you sell crypto, and potentially income from staking, lending, or airdrops.

Bulisolio Feature

Tax Sentinel™ is exclusive to Premium tier. The feature exports your transactions, calculates capital gains, and generates IRS-ready forms. Bulisolio tracks cost basis across all 22+ supported blockchains.

Timelock

A mandatory waiting period coded into a smart contract that prevents certain actions from happening instantly. In the context of delegated loans, the timelock is the waiting period between when Bulisolio initiates a unilateral close of a defaulted loan and when that close can actually execute. The timelock gives the borrower one final chance to make a payment and stop the close.

Trust Score

A Bulisolio metric that reflects how reliable and responsible you have been as a borrower. Your Trust Score is calculated from multiple signals: on-time payments (+50 each), full loan repayments (+100 each), active loan months (+20 each), HODL Index tier bonus, subscription longevity, and more. Negative events like missed payments (−100 or −200) and liquidation events (−500) reduce your score.

Bulisolio Feature

Trust Score determines your Trust Tier (Starter, Pro, Elite, Legend). A minimum score of 600 is required for delegated loans (Classes 2 and 3). Coinbase EAS Verification adds +50 points. See the Truth in Lending Disclosure for the complete signals table.

Trust Tier

The level assigned to you based on your Trust Score. Each tier unlocks progressively better loan terms. Starter (0–749): new users, ~60% max LTV. Pro (750–1,499): established users, ~70% max LTV. Elite (1,500–2,249): long-term HODLers, ~75% max LTV. Legend (2,250+): highest trust, ~80% max LTV and lowest commission rates.

Bulisolio Feature

LTV ranges shown are illustrative examples and are subject to change based on market conditions and underwriting configuration updates. Your actual LTV is calculated through the six-layer LTV doctrine at the time of each loan request.

U

Unilateral Close

The last-resort process where Bulisolio recovers its delegated capital from a defaulted loan. It can only happen after the cure window expires, a timelock waiting period passes, and the borrower still has not made the overdue payment. Bulisolio calls a function on the escrow contract to close the loan and recover its capital. This process is fully transparent and recorded on the blockchain.

Uniswap

The largest decentralized exchange (DEX), handling billions of dollars in crypto swaps per day. Uniswap uses smart contracts to let anyone trade one cryptocurrency for another without a middleman. It operates on multiple blockchains including Base.

Bulisolio Integration

When Bulisolio needs to swap your crypto into an accepted collateral type (WETH or cbBTC), it checks Uniswap alongside other DEXes (Aerodrome, Curve) to find the best exchange rate for you.

USDC (USD Coin)

A stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. USDC is issued by Circle (a regulated financial company) and is fully backed by cash and short-term US Treasury bonds. One USDC is always worth approximately one US dollar. USDC has massive liquidity (billions of dollars) across multiple blockchains.

Bulisolio Standard

All Bulisolio loans are paid out in USDC because it is stable, widely accepted, and easy to spend. Affiliate commissions are also paid in USDC to your Secure Vault. Your USDC can be transferred to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your non-custodial Visa card.

V

Volatility

How much and how quickly an asset’s price changes. High volatility means the price swings wildly up and down. Low volatility means the price is relatively stable. Bitcoin and Ethereum are considered volatile assets. Stablecoins like USDC have low volatility.

Bulisolio LTV Adjustment

Bulisolio monitors market volatility in real time across four regimes: CALM (no LTV deduction), ELEVATED (small deduction), HIGH (moderate deduction, Class 3 loans suspended), and EXTREME (large deduction, Classes 3 & 4 may suspend). These adjustments protect you from liquidation during price crashes.

W

Wallet

Software (an app or browser extension) that holds the keys to your cryptocurrency. A wallet has a public address you can share with others and a private key that must be kept secret. Wallets do not actually store your crypto — they store the keys that let you access your crypto on the blockchain.

WalletConnect

A protocol that lets you connect your crypto wallet to apps and websites by scanning a QR code with your phone. WalletConnect is more secure than manually entering your private key because your private key never leaves your wallet app.

Bulisolio Feature

Premium users can transfer crypto from external wallets (like MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet) into their Secure Vault using WalletConnect. Concierge guides you through the entire process with voice instructions. You can also pre-authorize auto-add collateral via WalletConnect for liquidation protection.

WBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin)

A version of Bitcoin that has been “wrapped” into a token that works on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains. WBTC is always worth the same as one Bitcoin and is backed 1:1. On Base, cbBTC (Coinbase Bitcoin) is the preferred wrapped Bitcoin format.

WETH (Wrapped Ethereum)

A version of Ethereum (ETH) that has been “wrapped” into a token that works better with DeFi smart contracts. WETH is always worth exactly the same as ETH and can be unwrapped back to ETH at any time.

Bulisolio Collateral

WETH is one of only two assets Bulisolio accepts as loan collateral (the other is cbBTC). WETH is the most liquid crypto asset on Base, making it ideal for loans. ETH typically has higher maximum LTV limits than BTC on most lending protocols.

Whale Radar™

Tracking large wallet movements in cryptocurrencies you hold. “Whales” are investors who hold large amounts of crypto. When whales buy or sell, it can significantly affect prices. Knowing when big players move can help you make informed decisions.

Bulisolio Feature

Whale Radar™ is available to Pro and Premium tier subscribers. You receive notifications when wallets holding large amounts of your tracked coins make significant moves.
